Proposant un jardin et des hébergements avec vue sur le cours d’eau, l’établissement Suite Luxury en Puerto Santana bénéficie d’une situation géographique idéale à Guayaquil, à proximité de ce lieu... I stayed at Bellini 3-4 for a week and really enjoyed the place. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient for staying with kids. The 17-story building feels very secure, with guards and cameras throughout, and has an Olympic-size outdoor pool with amazing views. Guests are given a keychain tag to access doors and elevators. The location in Puerto Santa Ana is excellent, right on the promenade leading to Malecón 2000, with beautiful views of the Guayas River and city lights, as well as plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I also want to thank our landlord, Martha Montesinos, who was extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, and friendly. She provided everything I needed for the apartment, such as extra blankets and kitchen supplies, and even helped me receive international mail through DHL by providing the correct address. Overall, my stay was comfortable and easygoing.

L’établissement Los Soles Suite Mall del Sol Guayaquil Airport se situe à Guayaquil, dans ce quartier : Simon Bolivar. Great location, 5 minute walk to the mall and in a safe neighborhood. Host was absolutely wonderful and super attentive. By far the best place I’ve stayed at in Guayaquil. Its clean, really comfy with a kitchen and tv with netflix.

Très bon accueil de la part des gérants. Ils se sont montrés disponibles tout au long du séjour proposant divers services (pdj, lessive, bagagerie, conseils pour notre séjour) qui nous ont permis de passer un super séjour à Guayaquil ! L’endroit sécurisé dans une route privée.
