Location is great, nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes to visit and with good connections to central London. The concept is very relaxed and the shared areas are very nice.

Warm comfortable and very inviting. The furniture was good quality with plenty of storage and as I had booked 4 rooms for a group of 4 females we appreciated the fact we were in a long line with just a room between us. The rainfall shower was fabulous. Lots of piping hot water and the towels were lovely and soft. Breakfast is not available on the premises but there were more than adequate tea and coffee provided and also a pain au chocolates and a tub of porridge per person and also two bottles of water which were very welcomed. This was a lovely venue for outlet girly do. Many many thanks.

Your hotel was fantastic, I will book again when visiting the area, I will make some points below to help sharpen what was a great stay.

Wow – we absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is beautifully designed, cozy, and full of charm. The location is perfect – just a minute from the lake and surrounded by the sweetest little shops in magical Keswick. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast was simply fantastic – a high-quality menu with delicious options made to order, plus drinks and homemade granola. Truly one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a hotel! Our room was gorgeous and thoughtfully decorated, and every day we were treated to fresh homemade cookies waiting for us – such a lovely touch. There’s also private parking which is very convenient. We honestly enjoyed every single moment and didn’t want to leave. We travel a lot, and this is by far our favorite hotel. We will definitely be back!

I travel all over the world for work (and pleasure) but I live in Britain and know what it can be like selecting a hotel in an area you know but still don’t quite know. This place is fab! The building itself is one of quaint historic preservation. The entry is comfortable, much nicer than bright lights and a huge desk. Staff were very kind and although I didn’t need help because I simply wanted to rest, everyone was calm and happy to greet me. My room, hands down was an absolutely perfect set up. Sofa, tv, small kitchen, a little table and ‘good’ coffee and tea in room. Then crossing into the bedroom - a large and very comfortable bed, deep tub in the room, a tv plus a closet and a loo with a great shower. The thing is, there has been a lot of thought in the placement of furniture and layout, plus lighting—I prefer muted lighting and watching tv last night was like being at home. I cast from my accounts to both TVs. Furnishing nice. Snacks were great and since I actually was so comfortable I basically just ate most of the snacks instead of going out, olives, hummus crisps, a couple other random things. Although not overly healthy to just eat snacks, at least some alternative options were there. A tiny bottle of milk was in the fridge. It’s the little touches that make life easier. Only suggestion, perhaps a lightweight sofa throw…but that’s a first world problem. Big coffee cups in the room. And the location is absolutely great—couldn’t be better. Right there and easy to get anywhere if I needed to. I’ll definitely come back here. I didn’t try the breakfast because I needed to get to my meetings and I was so comfortable I stayed in my room until the very last minute. Picturesque and pleasant. This hotel is permanently on my list for Manchester stops.
