The place was clean and the staff were absolutely amazing! The place is a few minute walk to the old town which was perfect. It is also few minutes walk to the main bus station. The place exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Breakfast was great. We highly recommend this hotel and we would come back to it.

Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at! The 2nd floor rooms with the private pool are beautiful and very well maintained. Staff was very nice and the breakfast served each morning in the room was excellent. The hotel is a short drive to several very nice beaches. The hotel was expensive but worth it!

The staff was amazing! They were super friendly from the beginning and great with our kids. We tried many restaurants around Chania but kept coming back to the hotel for dinner and lunch since the food was so good. The setting was great and well located. The pool was clean and very kid friendly. Even though Crete is a big island we will probably end up staying at this property again in future.
