Loved the pool and the plants and the ability to also work with decent wifi. Though it was the owners and family (and the rest of the team) that really made it. They helped in more ways than we would have anticipated. Would definitely return.

The facilities are excellent, with a spacious, comfortable room and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff are friendly, and the owners are helpful. A special shoutout to Ana, who greeted me with genuine kindness and was always up for a lovely chat. As the hotel is located a bit away from the town centre, you’ll likely dine at their on-site restaurant — which is no compromise at all. The food is outstanding, serving up delicious Indonesian and Italian dishes that truly impressed me. I will definitely miss this gem, and I'm looking forward to going back :)

With mountain views, this accommodation features a balcony. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. We can’t recommend The Secret Karimunjawa enough. The location is absolutely breathtaking – during the day you have stunning views of the ocean, and at night you can sit back and enjoy the stars. ✨ The accommodation is spotless and equipped with everything you need. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the hosts, Eddy and Patricia. They went above and beyond to help us with anything we asked, no matter how big or small. They thought along with us, shared laughs, and made us feel completely at home. At the same time, if you prefer more privacy, this is still the perfect place. You can retreat to your own space where the only “disturbances” come from the cheerful calls of birds or a little greeting from a gecko 🦎. Truly a gem on Karimunjawa – we’ll never forget this experience.

Located in Karimunjawa, within 2.1 km of Pancuran Beach, Loyal friend hostel karimunjawa is an accommodation offering sea views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Guests can have a drink at the bar. It was so incredibly great! The staff is so warm and friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious every morning! Every question we had was answered in a very supportive manner and help was offered straight away. On our next visit to Karimunjawa we will definitely go to the Loyal Friend Hostel again.

Margo helped me with everything I needed, even before arriving to Karimunjawa with the ferry tickets, also organizing daily transfers by motorbike to Kemujan for diving (thanks Wawan). For breakfast you can choose from a variety of options, coffee is great. Possibility of delicious dinner that is different everyday, mostly vegetarian options. Perfect laundry service.
