Dwi was also incredibly kind and sweet, making us feel at home. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for a couple more nights. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the beach was perfect soft sand, clear water, and incredible weather made for an unforgettable experience.

The staff was also very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. They even offered suggestions and advice for how to make the most out of my visit. I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism of the staff and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great customer service.

It was my second time at Gili Air. 1st time I went basically everyday to Mowie’s restaurant to eat as the food is the best in the whole island. This time we’ve stayed at the hotel at deluxe studio suite. Even better. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were so very nice, friendly, kind, helpful and always in a good mood. The food is so very delicious and we really were taken good care the whole stay. I always take Gili Air and Mowies with me in my heart wherever I go. Thank you
