The place is super pretty, the rooms are clean, there is a nice variety of choices for breakfast (indian vs western), and the greatest highlight was William, he really went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible, we first arrived close to 00:00 and were super hungry and he made us some coffee and bread, he coordinated taxis for us, truly a super recommended place for your stay in Trivandrum.

Personnel très accueillant. Très grande chambre, bien décorée avec tous les équipements nécessaires, une agréable terrasse avec vue sur la vallée. Piscine à débordement avec vue à couper le souffle. Buffet du petit déjeuner extrêmement varié et délicieux.

Our large family group had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. The building itself was immaculate, reflecting the high standards maintained throughout. A special shout-out to the front desk staff including Prachi who ensured we had a hassle free check-in, whose warm welcome and exceptional service made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes, everyone in our group regardless of age had something special to pick from elaborate buffet spread. Additionally, the restaurant staff including Sherpa went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Our stay was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were truly outstanding. Special thanks to Kamini, the Relationship Manager, for her thoughtful follow-ups and genuine care she consistently checked in to ensure our comfort and assisted with every aspect of our visit. Le Park Hotel est situé dans le quartier des affaires et des divertissements. Il propose de spacieux hébergements donnant sur le lac Hussain Sagar. The property was warm and welcoming and the staff attentive and helpful. I arrived early and check in was facilitated by Faiz. Early check in was possible and the hotel kindly offered me an upgraded room. The upgraded room was fabulous. I would gladly stay here again.

Everything about this property from start to finish was absolutely exceptional. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with so much warmth and care. The gardens on the property are stunning and the room with it's balcony was beautiful. One of the things I both loved and appreciated about my stay was the careful thoughtful gestures like fresh fruit and additional water refills. At turn down the team surprised me with some selfcare gifts such as hand cream, lip balm and a roll on perfume - I so appreciated it. The restaurants on site are also incredible and the breakfast buffet was insane. I had the best dosa's for breakfast. Such a beautiful stay, I only wish it could have been longer!
