They have a pool of naturalists that guide you on the local fauna. The food options are limited but fine well. They have focused on eco friendly products and reducing wastage. My baby had a medical emergency and the staff was extremely professional and helpful in getting her to the hospital and calming us down. Many thanks to Mr Sherwin, Umesh and Shaji once again from the bottom of my heart.

The resort is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and offers stunning views of Chembra Peak and the surrounding hills. Manager Vineeth and his team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Despite arriving at 5:30 a.m., Mr. Vineeth promptly responded to our call and kindly arranged an early check-in for a small additional fee. The self-service buffet breakfast was delicious, and while the canteen food was simple, it was consistently tasty. Overall, it was an excellent and serene experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Wayanad.
