The room was warm and clean, the bed comfortable, the breakfast was really good.

We were catching the Bernina Express in the afternoon and we were able to pay for a late check out which was very helpful as outside was quite cold. Would highly recommended staying there

The accommodation offers room service, a concierge service and luggage storage for guests. This is my 2nd time staying at the property. I booked a year in advance and it was still difficult to book the entire week in Undine. The owner Paolo was atthe front desk and very nice. The breakfast buffet was great and plentiful. The restaurant onsite is amazing and the best spot for dinner on the entire lake. The views were spectacular. I did not expect a spacious balcony deck with duo lounge chairs and umbrella. Air conditioning was a godsend as the temperature was 35C in mid July.

We said we wanted to go early in the morning and she prepared breakfast early for us. Everything was perfect, I recommend it to everyone. If I go to the Bernina train again, I will stay here again.
