Hi, we were travelling by motorbike and stayed at this hotel for one night, but I would definitely and happily return to this hotel for a longer stay. Super staff , special huge thanks to Elio for his responsiveness, help and kindness. The location is great, the rooms are cosy, clean and quiet. We were offered a more comfortable room and more spacious than the one we had originally booked. This is a huge plus and such attention is very rare. We were very pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast, they don't write about it on Bpoking, it's like a bonus from the hotel. The hotel is great, I would love to come back again ! Nina helped us get to the parking garage and back the next day during the market and all the people at the desk were so friendly and happy and kind. They are absolute gems! You are fortunate to have them. Nina is honestly the face of the brand !and she, along with everyone else was always happy to help with a beautiful smile. What a fabulous staff you have. We were even upgraded in our room for the night. It gave us so much more space. The rooms were generous, the bathroom was fantastic, the staff absolutely amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
