I wanted especially thank to the guy that carried our (heavy) suitcases and then called the “car romance” and rescheduled our train. :-) Happy New Year, team !

They offer a shuttle to the nearest station and museum which was a great help as the guesthouse is a bit secluded in a quiet neighborhood. There are hiking trails nearby and would love to visit again and explore more of the area around the guesthouse.

The shop near the lobby was useful Beautiful footbath area, enjoying an icecream there was a highlight with the view while soaking my feet after breakfast was a highlight

Professional staff, great facilities and totally deserved the money. Definitely will be my first option in hakone My room had path on the balcony it’s was perfect.

And she booked us everything. The location is perfect to move around by bus with the Hakone free pass. Everything was cleaned and super!
