Front-of-house staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and will even send a shuttle bus out to collect you from the train station and bring you back after your stay has concluded. You're greeted with a warm tea and smiling faces. The room is beautiful, large and spotlessly clean. Private onsens are reasonably priced and very relaxing. Breakfast was also delicious and the nicest breakfast I had in my 3 week stay in Japan.
