The room is really good, clean, big, quiet, with good Wifi, comfortable sofa, good kitchen woth microwave, fridge, air conditioner, hot shower, a small private garden, awesome owner, best price, and not too far from the city center, also not far to go to bus station and ferry pier ( around 1 km ). The sea views were amazing, and we could see the cruises arriving every morning and leaving in the afternoon. It was conveniently close to town, just a half-hour walk, which we did a few times. The host was very helpful and provided all the information we needed for a pleasant stay, including a telephone for making calls. The price was affordable. Thank you for everythng.

Plenty of sunloungers, beach had sargassum but was cleaned up and sea was fine for swimming. Reasonable food costs around the pool, fab ice cream. Non smoking only in very limited designated areas. Close to shops and very well stocked pharmacy accross the road

Cleaning service was on point. Thr grounds wete beautiful and well kept. Staff were eager and willing to accomdate.. If ever I have to visit St Kitts again I will stay at Royal.

Despite the fact that my request to put me into the room with a kitchen was declined in the e-mail, I HAVE GOT A ROOM WITH THE KITCHEN, OCEAN VIEW (a booked garden view) without extra charge! Very nice staff that understands what client service means! Location for those who like swimming in the sea - very nice beach with 2 minute walk access. Comfortable bed. Good daily house keeping.
