It was an awesome luxury stay with delicious homemade food, well maintained spacious room, and bathroom spotless. The owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. My kind note as an advice to the guests who will visit the Coastal Villa. It is my opinion to share. I have read some scandalous allegations of reviewers against Coastal Villa and for its owners, and I am not in a position to believe these lies at all honestly. They provided me with homemade delicious food that I have wanted and ordered. Within the time, the host Suzan and her husband had prepared my food at the appointed time and the food was so delicious and hot there was no disappointment within my stay. I was advised by the host where I could visit the places during my stay, and visited sites so amazing. I highly recommend this place candidly and will definitely visit again. It’s the little touches that made it so special: the warm and attentive staff (i.e. Nif and Pathum),the delicious bites with our apero, the magical evening lighting, the beautiful art around the property, the fresh melon on the beach, the water service by the pool and beach…best of Italian 🇮🇹 cuisine (cooked by Umberto himself) and so much more. Every detail was thought through with care, and it showed. Truly unforgettable, and we’re already dreaming of coming back.

Surrounded by lush greenery, it features an outdoor pool, fitness centre, 24-hour front desk and free parking on site. Our stay at Sun Siyam Pasikudah was simply amazing. The staff were incredibly attentive, at times it felt like they intuitively knew what we needed before we even asked. Their warmth and hospitality made the experience unforgettable, though we did notice that communication in english could be improved slightly. The beach is beautiful and peaceful, with great amenities and stunning views. However, due to broken coral in some areas, it's not ideal for swimming right in front of the resort. They do provide sea shoes, which are really helpful. Just a short 100 meter walk along the shore brings you to clearer, safer spots perfect for a dip. The massages at the spa were excellent and the poolside drinks were among the best we've ever had.

Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa - Thema Collection is about 225 km from Sigiriya Town. Free parking is available. We stayed at Maalu Maalu Resort & Spa for 8 nights and were 100% satisfied. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety - spicy local dishes, continental options, lots of seafood, fruits, and yummy desserts. It was easy to find kid-friendly meals, and the restaurant staff were top-notch. Our cottage was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, with great soundproofing from top neighbors. Housekeeping was fast and flawless special thanks to Thasitha and Viraj for keeping everything spotless. The resort was peaceful and not too crowded. The pool was clean and well-designed for both kids and adults, with a nice bar nearby. The beach was beautiful and perfect for swimming in June. We also loved the kids’ animation. Richie, the animator, kept kids entertained with fun activities, giving parents time to relax. He was friendly, creative, and great to chat with. This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in - clean, cozy, family-friendly, and well-managed. Highly recommended!
