A wonderful dinner was served despite the fact we hadn’t been able to inform them earlier in the day that we would require an evening meal. The curry leaves and mangoes were picked from the trees on the property. The breakfast was freshly prepared and very tasty. Our hosts were extremely helpful with places to visit locally and our onward travel arrangements.

Everything was very clean and smelled amazing. It was nice to be greeted by the staff upon my arrival and showed to a clean room immediately. The bed was very comfortable. There was a large wardrobe to put all of my things and a full-length mirror. The bathroom was also spotless. The shared living room was nice with comfy couches to sit and talk with other travelers. The kitchen was fully stocked. I absolutely recommend this place and will stay any time I'm back in the area. Also the host was very responsive and helpful before my arrival and during my stay.

Hence we made tea and breakfast at our convenience. All aminities were there. Fridge, toaster, sandwitch maker, rice cooker, induction cooker along with cleaning supplies were there. We could make even dinner and lunch. Our purpose to go there was different.

Not a better place in Sri Lanka than this guest house. The host family is extremely lovely. Helpful. Food is available upon request. It's comfortable and also Mannar weather is so good in comparison to the rest of the island.

I stayed there for a couple of nights. The place is new and clean, at that time it was not even completely open. Neighborhood is quite. I really liked swimming pool. Personnel of the hotel was really nice, especially I liked the food. If you are traveling by bus, the bus stop is just outside the hotel, so you can easily get to Mannar bus station

Situé à Mannar, l’hébergement avec climatisation Donkey clinic and education center possède un balcon. Ran by a wonderful family: this organization is working on mending the relationship between donkey and human. We stayed at the donkey clinic for a couple nights and got to know the impact of this place. We highly recommend you come stay at the clinic or at least come for a proper tour and get to know the donkeys and the people behind the project. Thank you to Al Hathir, and everyone involved in your organization! Donkeys deserve care and love too ❤️
