Youssef, with his infectious enthusiasm, made me feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and attentive service. Kiecylen was equally impressive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, boasting elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit. Overall, my stay at the Grand Hotel was nothing short of remarkable. The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The beach was great and where we spent the majority of our time although the pools were also amazing with 3 to choose from. The staff went above and beyond and were so helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was absolutely astounding and like no other buffet I have ever experienced. Would highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful relaxing stay.
