As soon as we looked out the window, we were treated to an incredible northern lights show – an absolutely magical welcome! The next day, Stefan took us on an amazing trip to the mountains, where we saw a herd of moose up close. Later, we explored the frozen lake and surrounding forest on snowmobiles, which was such a thrilling adventure! In the evening, we relaxed in the wood-burning sauna, which was perfect after a day out in the cold. To top it off, we went for another snowmobile ride at night, which created an incredible and almost surreal atmosphere. Stefan is a fantastic host—very welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about the area. He made sure we had the best experience possible. If you’re looking for a true Arctic adventure combined with comfort and stunning nature, Camp Caroli is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

The views on the lake from the bed are priceless and feeling the nature so close just makes somebody disconnect easily from the world and feel as if you are in wonderland. The property location is a bit isolated but that is what made it even more special to enjoy the northern lights and the snow. Kitchen was well equipped for us to cook there the whole time.
