The staff there was very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious for three people. The location was good if you like to shop for high tech products as there are two digital malls and several small shops across the street. Sogo is about 20 min walk. Transportation was convenient with a subway station right next to the hotel. The taxi fare was very reasonable and it cost 200 NTD to go to Ximending. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely stay here again.

We were met on the first floor with a porter that helped us take our luggage’s up to the check-in desk on the 4th floor. Check in was easy, the front desk person was able to communicate with us in English well. Our room was large, clean, comfortable, and had water bottles ready for us.

Room was comfortable and clean. No faults!! Hotel is also in a great location, next to convenience stores, a metro station, and only 10 minutes from TSA airport. But no noise disruption whatsoever!!

It offers a fitness centre, free in-room internet, and all-day complimentary coffee and tea at the lounge. Staff were very helpful. Spoke Japanese and English so made it easy to ask for information. Breakfast was tasty and had both Asian and western options. Central location with about a 10-15 minute walk to multiple trains rains and train lines. Several convenience stores very close as well. Would recommend.
