Among the facilities at this property are an ATM and a concierge service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. There is a hot tub, evening entertainment and a 24-hour front desk. Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

This extended stay hotel is within five miles of attractions like Dollywood theme park, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede dinner attraction, and Dollywood's Splash Country water park. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
