We have been here for a night only, but it was such a great time. We were welcoming by warmest greetings by lovely staff with a cup of lotus cinnamon tea and some cakes, then the room is quickly arranged for our early arrival. The atmosphere and the smell of the areas are fresh, comfy bed, clean room, the breakfast also is very impressive with many options, “Pho” made me remember when I was a child and my mom use to cook it for me, highly recommend!

To our amazement, they went even further: the team surprised us with a beautifully decorated anniversary cake and a special room setup. Walking into a room filled with balloons, flowers, and a personalized birthday/anniversary decoration was such a heartwarming surprise. It was clear that every little detail was arranged with love and effort, making us feel celebrated and deeply appreciated. This was by far our best stay in Hanoi, and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. Honestly I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Myself and partner travel many places but this hotel was one of the best. The staff are incredible. Kind friendly always have a smile on their face. Go above and beyond to help you As soon as we walked into the hotel we got treated like royalty. Sat us down offered tea or coffee and went through all the information. We booked the trip to ninh binh with the hotel for a good price. It's around the corner from train street and close to everything. We walked everywhere as we were so close to all the shops. The room was small but cosy and the bed was the most comfortable bed. Room was clean fresh towels daily. Breakfast was delicious. Food fresh and each day there was something new on the buffet. Can also order from a menu my husband got the beef noodles and loved it. When it was time to leave the hotel booked our transfer to the airport. Brought all our bags to the car and stood there and waved us goodbye. I will miss the staff from this hotel and I hope in the near future I get to return. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
