I was heading to the airport and one of the employees (I can’t remember his name) not only price matched Grab for me with their place service but gave it to me for 10k cheaper. Highly highly recommended!

To our amazement, they went even further: the team surprised us with a beautifully decorated anniversary cake and a special room setup. Walking into a room filled with balloons, flowers, and a personalized birthday/anniversary decoration was such a heartwarming surprise. It was clear that every little detail was arranged with love and effort, making us feel celebrated and deeply appreciated. This was by far our best stay in Hanoi, and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. Go above and beyond to help you As soon as we walked into the hotel we got treated like royalty. Sat us down offered tea or coffee and went through all the information. We booked the trip to ninh binh with the hotel for a good price. It's around the corner from train street and close to everything. We walked everywhere as we were so close to all the shops. The room was small but cosy and the bed was the most comfortable bed. Room was clean fresh towels daily. Breakfast was delicious. Food fresh and each day there was something new on the buffet. Can also order from a menu my husband got the beef noodles and loved it. When it was time to leave the hotel booked our transfer to the airport. Brought all our bags to the car and stood there and waved us goodbye. I will miss the staff from this hotel and I hope in the near future I get to return. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
