To our amazement, they went even further: the team surprised us with a beautifully decorated anniversary cake and a special room setup. This was by far our best stay in Hanoi, and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. Everybody was consistently friendly and extremely helpful. They also have a lovely Christmas decoration, we was impressed by their lobby.

Got upgraded as the bed setting we asked was not available.They even provided me Cash while all the ATMs around the hotel were not working.
