They were both amazing and gave us an early check in and a late check out, which was greatly appreciated. Good variety for breakfast, including both Western and local choices. A big shout out to the chef’s who were making the eggs at breakfast. DUNG and Hiep were friendly and accommodated our dietary requirements. This was greatly appreciated. Thank you! Communication with the hotel was extremely efficient and fast. They organised a transfer to/from the hotel/airport. Both transfers were punctual and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

Every team member always greeted us and was always so helpful and polite, the service was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was also great! We enjoyed the free yoga class as well. We have been to Melia in Ho Tram and must say the Gran Melia is next level, really enjoyed our stay here.
