There is a small pond with Koi carp (very pretty and relaxing) in the courtyard and plenty of choices to eat in the vicinity. The finish of the room is done to the highest standard, having an electric kettle and a fridge was definitely a bonus. The room itself was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. We booked a room with a seating area outside which overlooked the courtyard. The reception very helpful and available. No issues with WIFI. We rented bikes which we could park in the courtyard for free. I fully recommend this place as I believe this is a great value for money given other places we have seen in Vietnam.
