Valbona is breathtaking. The house is next to a meadow oasis in the middle of the valley. The room was perfect, clean and cosy with an incredible look at the mountains. The breakfast was excellent, made of their products, served in the garden or in their dining room. Selimaj's sons floently communicate in English. We also had lunch/dinner with them and it was excellent; domestic food prepared by the mother of the family. It is an excellent starting point for many hikes in the valley and to the mountains above.

We had a great night here. The hosts were so kind, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, they even brought us homemade pastries which were delicious! The Breakfast was sublime. Location is ideal (close to other restaurants and places to eat,) and the most stunning views of the mountains. Really recommend these gorgeous cabins for your trip to Valbonë.

This was our second night of peaks of the Balkans, really lovely staff. We arrived completely soaked through so we’re very grateful when the fire was put on. Food was incredible, very authentic and plentiful. Thanks!

I was the only guest here the night I stayed. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. Location is right on the trail for Valbone-Theth hike and stunning views. Meals were served 2 minutes down at their house. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. There is also a long walk to the hostel which is the start of the Valbone-Theth hike so just means your getting this section done before you set off in the morning which is nice.

    The location is perfect and easy to find, the staff was very nice. The view from the room was at the beautiful peaks around the valley. The breakfast was delicious, as it is in most of the places in Albanian valleys. It is pet friendly, which for me is an advantage because i travel with a dog. I would recomand this guest house, and on my next stay in Valbona i would definitely stay here again.
