The guesthouse is simple but very cozy. Great value for money. The location is convenient – about a 45-minute drive to Lake Kari, and also a good base for hiking Mount Aragats. From the balcony, there’s a stunning view of Mount Ararat. The hosts are very friendly and helpful – they arranged a taxi for Aragats and also told us when the bus from Byurakan to Yerevan leaves. I also ordered breakfast and dinner, and the homemade Armenian dishes were delicious.

The property is a small villa converted to hotel. The hotel service, cleanliness and ambiance was very good. The ladies Miss Alla and Miss Anni at the reception were very helpful and proactive in helping and guiding. Big thanks to them. Has chance to meet the property owner who was also very nice gentleman.
