We had a pet room. The room stunk so bad of urine that we could not stand it. We asked for another room as the location was perfect but there was none. Our dogs have never toileted in a house so we asked for a regular room but they would not do it. If you charge damage deposit you should use it to clean when damaged. Very disappointed.

They were able to find a room even though I had two dogs . When I booked the room I used booking . Com and one filter when decideing where to stay was pet friendly however just because one says pet friendly does t mean the room you book is . There is nowhere to add in memo or anything what pets you will have with .

We were in town for a sports event. Lots of teams were staying so it was a bit noisy in the evening until the pool closed at 10. Really nice enclosed courtyard with pool and hot tub. Comfy beds. Our pet-friendly room (brought our doggo) was nice.
