The communication (both email and message) from the staff before arrival was exceptional. Staff at booking-in were welcoming, friendly and extremely informative about the area, place to visit and choices of restaurants. We were apprehensive about booking a pet-friendly room (it was the only one available) but the room was perfectly clean with no pet traces at all. Rooms are not serviced but that suited us.
