I have had a perfect stay here. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Beatiful surroundings. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Good connection to Lucerne City centre and to Mt. Pilatus cable car. Very friendly and attentive staff and hotel manager.

Wonderful hotel at an exceptional location directly at the lake shore, and while on the outskirts of Lucerne with a frequent bus connection that takes one to the center in about 10 minutes, with the bus stop right outside the hotel. 1. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need. 2. I did not check the level of cleanliness, but considering that my chronic diseases did not worsen, it was probably very clean. 3. The owner was very polite, kind, friendly and responsive. 4. High-quality, good coffee in abundance! 5. A wonderful view from the window of the mountains and one of the towers of the city wall. 6. The windows have metal roller blinds, which allows you to sleep peacefully in the morning without fear of being awakened by excess light.
