- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 3,458 reviewsFriendly staff (they gave us our Interlaken travel pass even before we checked in) and good location with connectivity by bus to Interlaken Ost, Interlaken West & Wilderswil. The property is actually quite huge, however none of the activities are actually active anymore (looks like it shut down a long time ago). The outdoor lawn area and the dining area are great places to hang out. The property also has a friendly St. Bernard dog. Karla. Excellent scenic location, clloseness to both Interlaken train stations (free access to hotel by bus 105). Gets a warm & family feel in the hotel. Especially the pet dog belonging to St.Bernard breed gave good company. Receptionist Peter was very obliging, helping & hospitable.
