The lake view from the room is amazing. Breakfast was great. The room is big,clean. The house keeper was generous and attentive. I told her that I would like to change the sparkling bottle water to be mineral water. She immediately did it and ask me the room number and said that tomorrow she would place only bottle of mineral water to my room.

Everything was amazing. We were a bigger group and had the two rooms with a big common terrace and the apartment. One of the rooms had two bathrooms (one was huge) which was a great asset for us as a familly with many kids. The view from the terrace was very nice. The apartment was very big too, with nice and well equiped kitchen (just one bathroom). All the rest of the house can be enjoyed: a good kitchen, a cozy living-room, considered as common spaces. Close to the city center… good breakfast… comfortable beds…and the host very nice and welcoming.

Well equipped quaint cottage with a magnificent view of the lake, good parking close by. Extremely friendly and helpful host who prepared delicious extensive breakfast. Nice interior, prosecco and pastry as welcome. Lovely little village located up the mountain above Lago Maggiore. The loggia where we could sit and sip wine was a hidden gem.

Just AMAZING. The room had everything you need. It was very comfortable with a very big TV, with Tea making possibilities, minibar. The bed was very comfortable. We had a small balcony looking at the lake. Having breakfast in the morning and enjoying your coffee directly on the lake. It was like a dream. The personel was very friendly and helpful and made everything possible to have a great stay there. We even got a bottle of wine as a small present when we were leaving. Parking space is organised and near by and for free. Internet was working perfectly. The city center was 20 min walking distance. There was a delicious restaurant just under the room. (which can be a bit loud for some people. for us it was not an issue). THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT STAY. We will come back :)

I was genuinely impressed by the quality of service at this hotel. Although it's rated as a 3-star, the warm hospitality and welcoming atmosphere made it feel like so much more—it was truly one of the highlights of our trip through Italy and Switzerland. The location is right in the middle of the central piazza area, very close walk to the station and easy to get to bus lines and the ferry. I loved my room, with one side facing into the beautiful private courtyard and the other overlooking the cute shopping street outside. Very nice kitchen, comfortable furniture. Barbara and Urs were so helpful in giving me advice about my trains, and very friendly and warm (comfortable communicating in English). I had my own table in the courtyard. Although there were other guests it stayed very quiet (doesn’t seem to be a party district) and I slept well every night. I would very happily stay here again in the future.
