Everything, a lovely house well connected by bus (120/122) and tram (101). Great accommodating host Tom who answered all our questions and helped us with anything we required. We had two bookings. A great large house on the first floor and another on the third floor. The house is clean, well equipped with most everything. Two large bed rooms a drawing room with dining facilities as well as a small study room. Well equipped kitchen with a seating area. The supermarket is about 200 meters as is the tram station. The bus station is 350 meters away. We stayed for five nights. The best place we have ever stayed in. Switzerland and this was our 5th visit. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend Tom and his beautiful house.

Very cozy hotel. It is located at a walking distance from the railway station (I would say ten-fifteen minutes). Anyway, the bus stop is not far (one-two minute walking). The city centre begins immediately after the street, even if the core part is at five minute walking. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. Rooms are accessible by stairs and elevator. I did appreciate the view on the castle, the light, the new furniture, and, above all, the cleanness. There is a buffet continental breakfast, with an automatic coffea-cappuccino-chocolate machine. I would only suggest a couple of further sweet options (cakes), but this is not a complaint (just a suggestion). I would definetely choose this hotel for future stayings. Congratulations to the whole staff!

My Unforgettable Vacation. The location was perfect for everything where the main train station was far to hotel only 7 minutes away also city center is located in 7 minutes an away while Neuchâtel Lake was far only 11 minutes away. From the moment I stepped into the cozy lobby of the hotel, I knew my vacation was destined for perfection. The air carried a hint of excitement, and the warm smiles from the staff welcomed me like old friends. As I settled into my room, the soft bed embraced me, and the view from the window revealed a picturesque landscape that seemed straight out of a dream. Each morning, I woke up to the gentle rustling of leaves outside my window and aromatic coffee—it was a feast fit for royalty. The days unfolded seamlessly. I explored lot of museums, journey cruise, free transport and many free other things from free card of hotel. The hotel staff anticipated my every need. They recommended local gems—a charming café tucked away in an alley, a cliffside lake viewpoint that stole my breath. Their attention to detail made me feel cherished. As I write this review, I’m filled with gratitude. My vacation was not just a getaway; it was a soul-nourishing experience. The hotel became my haven—a cocoon of comfort and luxury. I left with a heart full of memories, promising to return someday. Thank you, dear hotel, for weaving magic into my days. You turned a simple vacation into an enchanting chapter of my life.     Really good location, very kind and helpful ladies at the reception. Room was okay, just like on the picture. It was clean and basic. I liked the bathroom. Air-conditioning was really good and necessary. Bed was comfortable, pillows were okay.

    Location was in walking distance to everything. Apartment was very nice, spacious and clean, Michaela made us very welcome in every way. Great restaurants in the area and the lake is nearby to. Local transport is free. We had a fabulous time at Apartment Adelaide.

    There was a water bowl, dog food and a dog blanket in the room to welcome our dog! This is the first time we have this and it was really highly appreciated. Neuchâtel is a very nice spot for a short break. Additionally, a gift card is offered to hotel guests (any hotel) with free or discount activities, including a 1 hour cruise, public transportation or museums entry for example.
