Fantastic place for a few days stop over on a road trip in Europe. Spacious rooms (with separate area to work if you need to), balcony facing the waterfall and Alpine pastures, great spa (swimming pool, saunas, inside and outside rest areas), delicious breakfast and great dinner (go for 5 course menu). Location is superb, with walking and driving routes and right on the German Alpenstrasse. A bit more expensive than few other similar places we stayed at during our 2 weeks trip, but worth it.

The apartment is in a great location with peaceful surroundings, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Amenities were sufficient, and the kitchen was well-equipped for meal preparation. We had one of our best travel experiences ever, while traveling as a family with 2 kids. Partly due to the fact that we really liked this small town & what it has to offer; but in a big way due to this property and it’s management. We were traveling with a 2 month old baby and the management ensured that we had the right apartment and the right cot for the baby. The kitchen is fully stocked and the apartment was super clean when we reached. The pool and sauna were very well maintained and clean. The lawns are nice and can be used to relax, and there is also a Spielplatz for kids. Underground parking is there and can be accessed by using your home key. To sum it up I would whole heartedly recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Upper Bavaria.
