This top floor large single unit apartment was a very pleasant experience during my weeklong stay. I enjoyed the excellent views, privacy, super fast WiFi for my work, washing machine, air conditioners in each room, comfortable beds/sofas, centralized location close to all the food options. Take the Jack's Trail in morning for a great view. If you are looking for an affordable option to get to the DOM airport - take the local bus on Great George street near the bridge for 12.50 ECD (~5 USD) to get dropped near the airport (allow 30 mins to get the bus filled up and 1.5 hrs to get the airport).

Mr George was very helpful! The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful The facts it's located close to the sulphur springs, waterfalls and it's like à 15 minutes drive to the main town.

Beautiful place in the heart of nature. Calm and quiet. It's an ideal place to wind down from everyday life. There was no compromises on the basic comforts : hot shower, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plumbing sanitation (no dry toilets),... FYI we were there in November: we did not need A/C at all, all the contrary, we used the provided blanket. The Guests are extremely friendly and accommodating. It served for us as a beautiful exemple of living off the grid and set a new standard for how we picture our future life..

The view is magnificent! I grew up 1 minute away and I was searching for somewhere in the area to stay the would suit the needs of my family and Blue whale was the only place that caught my attention from what was posted online, and the pictures are exactly what you see. Clean and comfy. I also like my bed more on the softer side and nick provided a topper at the mention of it. He surprised me with a crib for my 3 month old baby without me asking. That was very thoughtful. Oh yes, and my kids enjoyed the jacuzzi!

A great location in town but not in the thick of things where loud music may be played in the bars. We booked the triple room and it was very large. Outdoor covered kitchen and indoor sink. Breezes from three directions kept it cool enough. The weather was hotter than normal and we are AC people. But we did fine. It took us a night to master the mosquito net so my husband did get a lot of bites the first night. But after that we were fine. Walking distance to some amazing restaurants (shout out to Unique Restaurant and the incredible lion fish). Our hostess was lovely and cared so much that we were having a good time.
