Quite little getaway spot a little walk away from the beach and the main drag, Azuluna Ecolodge offers a perfect hideout for a day or two, or five like for me. I think I was the only guest in the house, and had the whole dorm to my self. Kitchen was still open and the staff provided me with excellent foods with reasonable prices.

Our favorite spot in town! For eating, chilling, and sleeping! A little heaven of tasty food, good tunes, and sea views. The hosts went beyond expectations to give us a good experience. Very nice place, beautiful spacious rooms, nice staff speaking English, parking on site, breakfast on beautiful terrace, everything was good! If you go out in the evening there are nice bars and restaurants not too far away, seem to be quite safe on sea side, in general nice town.

I am not a big fan of Montañita but this place is just lovely. It is a 15 minute walk out of the town center. You can also take a bike which is provided by the hostel. The outside area is nice and chill, the room and the bed are comfy. All facilities are tidy and clean. Very close to the beach. You can rent surf boards and even enjoy surf lessons from the countries longboard champions. Olón is a 30 minutes walk if you want surf at another beach. And if you are not into surfing or you want to stretch your sore muscles, join the yoga lessons. I travel alone and I felt like among friends there.
