A highlight was being greeted by the chef, who personally invited us to join a family activity whenever we wanted—it was such a thoughtful and personal touch! Even after we had checked out, the team continued to go the extra mile. My daughter had lost her beloved snorkeling gear, and they not only found it but also arranged to deliver it back to us. The location was excellent. Near a nice plaza with lots of great restaurants. Close to pharmacies, mini market and the building felt very safe. The water pressure was great in the apartment and it was useful to have a washer and dryer.
