What an amazing place to stay! The reviews and photos were already impressive, but the real experience is even better. The host is incredibly kind, always willing to help, thoughtful, and really committed to making your stay the best it can be. The food in the restaurant is good, with authentic Ecuadorian-style flavors. Waking up to a view of the Cotopaxi or having breakfast outside in the green field with that same view is really unforgettable. You can explore the surroundings on foot or relax in one of the hammocks on the property with a book and a view of Cotopaxi. This place is an absolute gem, and I will definitely be coming back!

Big compliment to the entire team at Casona. Literally a hidden gem from which to explore Quito and do day tours. Comfortable and quiet. The direct neighborhood is not that great but there’s some small very good restaurants (but you need to know them). Walking distance to the great old town and plaza.
