The owner is very helpful and gave very precise direction on how to get into the apartment. The apartment is amazing and has all you need inside and it was very clean. Uber to Madrid city center is between 20-30€. The garage parking place is big. I definitely recommend!

The property was spacious, comfortable and very well-appointed. The wifi was secure and fast. It was about a 15 minute walk from the historic centre and about a 30 minute walk to the archaeological site of Complutum. There are supermarkets nearby. This place had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. We enjoyed it very much.

An excellent apartment, created with great love and care for the guests. All the details can be seen in the photos. It's very pleasant to be in this atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the convenient entrance from the street and the presence of everything you might need in the kitchen, including spices, oil, coffee, tea, delicious pastries, and drinks in the fridge. The bed is comfortable. The plumbing is excellent. Hot water is available :-). The street is quiet. As for the downsides, I would mention the noise from the neighboring entrance door — unfortunately, it can be heard and slightly disrupts a comfortable sleep.

    Breakfast was good. Location was not really suitable as we had our dog with us and the restaurant in the hotel was closed, no nearby restaurants for eating with a dog. Staff initially had a ‘ I don’t know attitude’ when asked about restaurants that will accept dogs but eventually they did some research and discovered only 1 restaurant in Alcala that would accept! Luckily a nearby Aldi n El Campo so we were able to buy some cold food to bring back to our room.

    The most important aspect is that it is dog-friendly and it certainly is! Although, quite rightly, not allowed in the dining area, we were allowed to take our breakfast into the reception seating area so that we could stay with our dog. The bed is huge with almost room enough to spread out sideways. The shower facilities are excellent. The TV is well placed in the centre of the wall facing the bed.
