Andrew and the staff were just great! They were all very personable, and Andrew went out of his way to get us to a wedding when the cab didn't show, plus another lift as well. The food was excellent, and we loved our room, clean, comfortable, and quiet!

The room was spacious, with lovely decor. It had an amazing view out of the patio doors onto Lochlomond. It was spotless, and even though we only stayed 2 nights, it was cleaned and beds changed inbetween. It was good having a coffee maker and robes. It's ideally situated to visit different places nearby, to eat out.

Homely vibe, gorgeous location on the edge of the Loch, and the reception staff were just so lovely and really cared about their guests having an enjoyable stay. Tracey in particular really looked out for us and was extremely helpful with any questions we had! About 10 minutes walk back to the hotel bar where they serve a great pub dinner after a day of walking.

Hotel location is absolutely stunning. Breakfast is buffet service standard scottish breakfast and continental breakfast delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very dog friendly. The hotel seems a bit tired and old fashioned need some updating perhaps a lick of paint….but all in all we had a lovely stay. Thank you.

The property was in an amazing location, the views are amazing to wake up too. Will definitely return. Definitely family friendly we went as a family of 4, one being a toddler and one a newborn. Dog friendly and also a nice safe garden!

The location of this hotel is 2nd to none. Right on the banks of the loch. The rooms are a little dated and could do with modernisation but were clean and cosy enough. Although the very squeaky floorboards from the upprooms were annoying. For those with dogs it's a pet friendly hotel which is great.

I considered it to be very good value for money. I was expecting it to be cheap and basic. Breakfast was included and there was a good spread and the food was delicious. Location spot on, stunning view worth paying the small extra for loch-side. The staff were excellent. The hotel is dog friendly and they have set it up so that dogs can only go into the bar area, keeping the restaurant a dog free zone. I thought this worked perfectly. Accommodated my two dogs whilst also accommodating non-pet owners.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were varied and something to suit every taste. Dinners in the bar area were tasty and the menu was adequate. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. It was a great location for us but we did have a car to get around. Must love dogs as it is a dog friendly establishment and quite a few travellers had their pets with them.
