The location is spectacular with nature literally right at your doorstep. Getting woken up by a pheasant on the roof of your pod at 5.30 was annoying but special at the same time. I sat with the door open with a cup of tea watching him watching me until he got bored and wandered off. The pod and the showers/bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Didn't really use the kitchen except to boil water, but that was clean too. Gemma was really kind letting me use the shower after I got a bit lost on an overly ambitious mountain bike ride and got back just minutes before the 11am check-out time. Thank you! It's a pity it was only for a one night stop off....next year I will spend more time here.

A Truly Enchanting Stay I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this wonderful property yesterday, and I only wish I had booked for longer! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that made me feel instantly at home. The property itself is enchanting—beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and full of charm. Every detail seemed curated to create a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. What truly stood out to me, though, was the comfort of the room. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time, thanks to the incredibly cozy bed and peaceful surroundings. It was exactly the rejuvenating experience I needed. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I am already looking forward to my next visit and will be sure to stay longer next time! Philip and Gavin were excellent hosts and couldn't do enough for their guests. The breakfast is amazing and prepared with love. The location is good just a 10 minute walk to Blairgowrie. Many extras in the room such as tea, coffee, milk and snacks.

    What a fantastic location, on the corner of this lovely little place Dunkeld. Across is a bridge which takes you to a forest, you can have some nice walks around. Parking was no issue, the hotel has some spots but the street had plenty of spaces. This is your typical dog friendly hotel. Good breakfast.

    A slightly quaint and quirky, very people and dog friendly hotel set in the wonderful location of Dunkeld. The restaurant and bistro offer a good selection of well prepared dishes, with the Sunday roast beef dinner our favourite. Our recently refurbished junior suite provided excellent accommodation for our 3 night stay.
