From the moment my husband and I checked in to the moment we checked out of the Bush Hotel, we were greeted by the most professional, efficient, gorgeous, friendliest, bubbliest, receptionist named Raini. Nothing was too much for her. Unlike other receptionists, who hide in the corner behind a computer screen, Raini stands up, and greets the guests with such a warmth that you’d believe that you’re her guest. She volunteered to assist us with our x amount of suitcases, and she made sure that we had everything in the room to feel comfortable.

All staff were very attentive. Upon learning that I was pregnant, they upgraded my single room to a double room. Room was clean and wi-fi was good. Parking place was sufficient and blackout cutains were worked very well. The breakfast and the dinner were quite sufficient and tasty. In the room, the mini-fridge included complimentary still and sparkling water, one beer, and a small milk. This is a feature that is hard to find by UK standards.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Staff have been amazing and so good with children. The staff was excellent, in place and awaiting my late arrival. I could see him there behind the desk before the taxi could stop to drop me off. I was so relieved at that moment. After a really long day and night of flight mishaps, no airport hotels and no rooms available, I booked luckily one the last rooms at SACO. The lovely gentleman had everything ready for me, handed me my room key, directions to elevator and quick property information. Then kindly and efficiently booked me an early morning taxi that I could return to Heathrow for my flight. Then he wished me a good night sleep, which I indeed had as the bed was very comfortable.
