I liked Everything and More. The room the kitchen the dinning room the lounge the bathroom . Absolutely fantastic home feeling experience with a welcoming justures and kindness and helpful host. Steve is the best host I have met in my travels, multy talent and multi tasking and interesting person. Gerry was a great host, taking me through the ops. Gave me his personal number in case I needed anything. The room was super clean and equipped with everything you will need, including coffee, tea, biscuits. Great location to visit Hastings and its surroundings. You're right opposite the beach.

Everything! We chose room 11 “right at the top” well worth the stair climb! Every floor on the way up had little picture windows that showed a peep of the nearby neighbourhood. The room had so much character, great view, comfy bed, modern well appointed bathroom with good hot water pressure, and the neighbourly sea gulls tried to tell us they were really friendly n could come inside 🤣 and the restaurant downstairs had the best fish and chips. Fabulous location to walk old town.

    It's the best dog-friendly hotel I (and Champy) have ever stayed in - in addition, just opposite the section of beach where dogs are allowed which is handy. Very friendly and comfortable, spacious, ultra clean, competitively priced, caters well for vegans and with a very pleasant terrace facing the sea. All in all, an excellent hotel.

    Amazing location overlooking the seafront. The hotel is dog friendly (no charge for pets). Tea, coffee, milk, selection of biscuits and mineral water provided in the room. There is a small parking in the back. Otherwise ample of paid parking available in the area. Good size room and bathroom.
