Gregori and his parents are lovely people who shared their home with us. Gregori speaks English and showed us his little farm. He gave us travel recommendations. We enjoyed plenty of homemade delicious food (best Khatchapuri Georgias) and wine. It is a wonderful place to relax and come in touch with Georgian life in the countryside. Very quiet, clean and cozy. Grocery shop 1 minute away. A parking slot available for free. Air conditioning, kettle, microwave included. 2-3 always hungry cats as neighbors and 1 beautiful, friendly dog. :) Everything was perfect.

Wonderful Stay with Stunning Kutaisi Views! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this accommodation! The room was clean, comfortable, and offered breathtaking cityscape views—especially from the private balcony, which quickly became my favorite spot to unwind. Waking up to such a scenic panorama every morning was truly a highlight. What made the experience even more special was the hostess. A fantastic guest house! Not only is the house beautiful full of history and charm, the beds are so comfortable and the hosts are fantastic. I was made to feel part of the family, sharing tea and stories together. A nice walk into town, which is beautiful in it's own right. A truly great example of Georgian hospitality!
