I stumbled upon this hotel by chance — thanks to Booking for showing options within 50 km! And it turned out to be an incredible find. I originally planned to stay for 2 days, but ended up spending 2 weeks because this place is truly special. I am very grateful to Hatuna and Salome for the love and care they put into the house and every detail — the interior, furniture, and garden. Nothing here is random: you can see how much effort, love, and attention is invested in every little thing. The whole atmosphere is filled with warmth and creativity. I highly recommend it!

A fantastic guest house! Not only is the house beautiful full of history and charm, the beds are so comfortable and the hosts are fantastic. I was made to feel part of the family, sharing tea and stories together. A nice walk into town, which is beautiful in it's own right. A truly great example of Georgian hospitality!

Everything was perfect, the host Zaza picked us up from the airport. Zaza helped us a lot during our stay with recommendations of places to visit, also there was a nice breakfast served in the apartment. Would definitely come back there when in Kutaisi

This property owners is just a miracle in this world! and if you want to feel Georgian hospitality - it’s best place to stay! After flight we just need place to take shower before work meeting in Kutaisi, so we found not expensive place with good review. And it was present from Good ❤️❤️❤️❤️ People was so cute! so we diceided to stay one more night and enjoy their hospitality. Home lady cooked even pizza 🍕 for us in the evening and breakfast to. hostel situated in very close to kutaisi bus station. and it's a old building and it's not with bunker beds.its like you have a bed with your own room.very nice concept. I stayed 2 nights. very safe hostel and staff is very friendly.
