The whole property is beautifully designed, with tastefully arranged gardens, buildings, and pool area. My studio apartment was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They prepared the room efficiently so I could check in a couple of hours earlier than usual, and they were also flexible on my departure day, allowing me to keep the room until later in the afternoon for a small fee, which was very convenient with my evening flight. Their hospitality truly stood out! ♡ The location was very convenient too, with a bike rental shop right across the street and supermarkets nearby.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the city. The house itself is beautifully designed and very new. Thank you very much for an incredible stay! Very clean and well equipped two-bedroom apartment for the best price. Nice swimming pool area. Coffee, breakfast and snacks available at the bar. Quiet location, max. 10 minutes walk to the centre of Kos. 100% satisfied!

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and it was a very kind hospitality. A family runs the hotel and they are all very kind, nice and helpful. The hotel is clean we get clean towels every day. Breakfast was amazing, freshly made every morning. The location of the hotel is also great few mins walk to the port and to the center of the town. We had such a great stay in the hotel.

Brand new apartment with super comfortable bed, great shower and nice balcony to watch the sunset. The apartment is in an amazing location close to the beach and within walking distance to Kos Town.     Staff were wonderful Also very kind to my Dog Offered to Dog sit / walk when I went to Restaurant (!only place Pets Not allowed Bungalow was very nice ( And apparently the also have on offer even more Luxurious I had a lovely Sea view from mine The offered Water and a good Bottle of Rose Wine ( Property is on the Beach They had 2 large Pools One I was. ot keen onn the other lovely & peaceful durectly by the Beach Had 1/2 Board ( first time in my life ) The Food was good $ tasty
