Almost cancelled the booking for this amazing property due to payment issue with their central reservations. Beautiful luxurious villas, huge space, private pool, in room spa, and etc, you ask for it and you get it. Location is near to everything and in very peaceful area. Kudos to MS. CINDY an amazing front office agent who welcome us at teratai with her radiant smile. She always went extra mile to get the things done, whether its spa or breakfast or any other request .she left no stone unturned. This was the second time we stayed here and it was again, perfect. It is not only such a comfortable and beautiful place, but the staff and owner are so welcoming and nice! This is not just any villa, every detail and corner is made with care. The location is also perfect and near the beach as well as the ricefields, still very quiet during the night. The wooden house is so cozy to sleep in I slept there better than in my own house! The shower is also extraordinary, like standing beneath a waterfall. The pool is also big and deep, and very clean and well maintained. Hands down best place I've ever stayed in, a place that is well cared for. Highly recommended and would love to visit the 3rd time!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! Agust was extremely kind, helpful, and always made sure everything was clean and well taken care of. He regularly checked if we needed anything and made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect — close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. Plus, the hot shower was a great bonus.
