Almost cancelled the booking for this amazing property due to payment issue with their central reservations. Beautiful luxurious villas, huge space, private pool, in room spa, and etc, you ask for it and you get it. Location is near to everything and in very peaceful area. Kudos to MS. CINDY an amazing front office agent who welcome us at teratai with her radiant smile. She always went extra mile to get the things done, whether its spa or breakfast or any other request .she left no stone unturned. Very clean, modern and has a lovely owner. Good location. Has a nice kitchen to use if needed. I felt very comfortable and had a pleasant stay! Towels and room was cleaned everyday if you wanted it too and it was easy to speak/communicate with the owner.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! Agust was extremely kind, helpful, and always made sure everything was clean and well taken care of. He regularly checked if we needed anything and made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect — close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. Plus, the hot shower was a great bonus. Truly a great experience, we would definitely come back!
