Location just on the Patnem beachfront , helpful, polite behaviours of Owner Mr. Ramnath( +91 75077 16201 )& his team, tasty foods, well mentained spacious, clean property. Plenty of other restaurants also very nearby, sea boat activities, cab assistance also provided by the owner. I will stay here again next time & also recommend others to stay here. Staying cost is very reasonable compare to other nearby properties.

Located in one of the most quietest and secluded beaches in South Goa, this hotel was amazing and the hospitality bestowed upon us was amazing. We were on a short trip and just stayed here for a night. You should definitely stay longer. They had live music on the night of our stay and it was awesome. The view from the balcony is so amazing. Will definitely come here again soon !

The staff couldn't do enough for us here, they made our stay feel very special! The location of the hotel is amazing being right on the beach, you can watch the sunset from the restaurant :) The bed was really comfy and room was well air-conditioned. There are yoga and pilates classes each morning on the roof terrace. Overall it was a very relaxing and beautiful stay.
