One of the best places I've visited so far. So much peace, lush greenery and you can see wild animals too if you are lucky. Mr. Palia was really good and a great host. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a good time off to visit here.

Awesome! This place is amazing if you love the nature. Such a peaceful time practicing yoga, eating amazing Kerala food, and just being. Surrounded by animals and plants, I am happy I have stayed in the tree house. Service was super, like a real family looking after you! I will definitely come back! We stayed at Swastha Royal Villas for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. The ambiance was great, and the property was well-maintained, clean, and neat. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, providing a comfortable stay. The campfire, grill, and indoor/outdoor games added to the fun. Special thanks to Shams for helping us explore local sightseeing spots, including a serene river tour and a visit to a tribal village—this truly enriched our Wayanad experience. The host was incredibly helpful, guiding us with the location and even assisting with a well-planned Wayanad itinerary during the booking time itself.

Roney and Divya were superb hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Roney brought me speciality indian teas regularly and advised me on the best sights to see (of which the Edakkal caves ...6000 b C cave carvings only 8,ks away) was an absolute must. The upstairs guest level is the highest level of luxury decor I've come across in India. Marble floors, beautiful bathroom/toilet, aircon, and a lovely large balcony with hanging cane chair to enjoy the jungle view. I couldn't rate this homestay too highly
