was overall a perfect stay after 3 years of returning to Salem as a frequent visitor for leisure the receptionist, Mr Arvind, managers Mr. Jai, Mr Ayyan and the kitchen manager was excellent so do the waiter and waitress in the restaurant was excellent in serving the best meal for your needs rooms were clean, Biotique Body Wash was amazing, room amenities includes shower cap, dental kit and etc. just like how a well established chain hotel would portray

The Hotel is situated near Lake which is about 400mts and very near to centre of Yercaud. The check in and check out process was smooth and hassle free. The room and restroom was neat and hygienic.
