Coffee & Pepper was by far the nicest place we have stayed in India so far, so many nice extra touches, homemade cookies in your room, the process their own well water so it’s safe to drink and they provide 2 huge glass bottles per day in your room, rooms a cleaned every day (which doesn’t happen in other hotels in India ) George is on hand to help with any bookings or any queries you may have and is so helpful from start to finish, we would love to stay there again

We have stayed in 12 accomadations since November here in Kerala,Goa and Sri Lanka. Many others in previous years. Kerala House is by far our favourite. The husband and wife that run it go way above what would be expected of hosts. The terrace room we had was magical for sitting back and letting the wildlife come to you. We're in Munnar now and looking to head back to Kerala house very soon.

The location is amazing as was all the staff, food very good and delivered to your if you want to eat on your balcony, anything you need is a text away to the caretaker Ganesh. I stayed for 2 nights but I highly recommend to stay longer

    I loved my stay here! Shanty made me amazing food, and really made me feel like i was home and safe. They helped me organazing my trip, and they also had a cute dog named Max and two cats named Tom and Tim. The room was nice too, and the balcony was lovely. I watched and listened to the animals both nights of my stay. Very calm and peaceful. If you’re a nature lover this place would be perfect for you.

    Loved the staff! So friendly, so homely, so accommodating despite it raining like cats and dogs one of the nights. It was very nice of the lady to give us complimentary jackfruit and make food for us despite the meal hours being over!
